Located on Center Street, this former factory building was originally built in 1883 and owned by several prominent towns people and companies before being purchased by Florian Properties. It is now a hub of small locally owned businesses that offer a variety of services and products. Exposed brick and beam are visible in all parts of the building adding an industrial feel. The Farmington Canal Heritage Trail runs perpendicular to the building, providing additional foot traffic to the downtown location.
