This green-gray granite office building was built using the air rights over the adjacent landmark Broadway Theater. This 35-story building therefore extends itself upon hidden trusses up to 45 feet over the 1924 theater. 1675 Broadway features a marble-clad lobby with vaulted ceilings and sculptural lighting.
