The Property is comprised of eight land parcels that collectively equate to approximately 421 subdividable acres of land. The Property is currently improved with refinery equipment and above-ground storage tanks that support P66’s current operations. The Property is served by rail that enters through the eastern edge of the site, as well as access under the I-110 freeway directly to the port off of John S. Gibson Blvd.
