This building is comprised of six (6) fully equipped kitchens with all cooking equipment on wheels to allow the working chefs to make use of appropriate equipment for their varied food preparation. Presently, the kitchens are rented out on an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis. There is a delivery/loading dock, a free-standing walk-in freezer and a walk-in freezer box accessed from the common area of the building. There is a common area washroom for cleaning up pots along with a storage area with individual locked bins. There are also two, handicapped accessible bathrooms. The rents are approximately $6,500 per month plus the cost for storage space within the freezer and storage room depending on amount of storage required.
