The site comprises 3 Mid-Century warehouse buildings an office building and a small house. Together they form an arts center housing multiple artist day studios, live-in artist work studios, a 99 seat performance venue, and gathering spaces for the public. 18th Street Arts Center, the owner, is a nonprofit 501c3 that exists to accelerate the impact of artists on society.
