Development Standards for the Paradise Acres Commercial Center will follow the
development standards of the Neighborhood Commercial (C-1/CN) Zoning District at
the time of project development. This will include, but not be limited to setbacks,
landscaping, parking, loading, design, engineering standards and signage.
24 feet of landscaped buffer together with an eight (8) foot decorative wall will be
required along the eastern border of this commercial center. The decorative wall will be
no closer than 12 feet from the residential property line. No structures or paving of any
kind, with the exception of the decorative wall, will be allowed in this buffer area.
