Located within the Ray Friel Rec Complex the largest and most comprehensive recreation complex in Ottawa’s east end. The complex includes 3 NHL size arenas. It hosts many hockey and ringette regular leagues and tournaments. The complex also has a 20,000 SF fitness center, wave pool, whirlpool, sauna, pro-physiotherapy clinic, pro tuck shop, and a quick service snack/coffee shop. The complex is home to several recreational programs including yoga, weight training, cardio, summer children and youth programs.
