The Casa Building is a California registered Historic Building centrally located near Downtown Salinas. Originally built in 1927, the building was converted into a commercial office in the late 1980’s that features four individual office suites, each with private bathrooms, one common area ADA bathroom, and a private 11 stall parking lot. Extensive work and maintenance have been consistently completed to enhance the buildings functionality while preserving the historic charm. Currently, the two upstairs offices are occupied with lease agreements that will be transferred to the new owner and two downstairs offices were recently vacated, providing availability for immediate occupancy for an owner/user.
