Situated at the corner of 87th Street and Third Avenue, the Agora Building is the only first-class office building on the Upper East Side, one of New York’s most fashionable and affluent neighborhood. Originally built as one six-floor and two five-floor interconnected commercial buildings, the property underwent significant capital improvements in 1989, where it was converted into three separate, side-by-side buildings. It has two entrances and lobbies, one at 177 East 87th Street and the other at 1556 Third Avenue. The building will begin interior renovations before the end of 2022.
