This unique property was built in 1917 as a YMCA (Young Men's Christian Association), complete with a lobby, gym with stage, swimming pool, rooms for rent and much more! Since it is no longer a YMCA building, it is called the Miami Mercantile & More building. Today, it is being lovingly restored by the owners. It has become a beautiful event space for birthdays, graduations, weddings, meetings, celebrations of life, book signings and art displays.
