Hardy Yards is a 50-acre mixed-use development north of Downtown Houston. The former Union Pacific Railroad rail yard was redeveloped into a mixed-use, transit-oriented community. The development is within walking distance of the Burnet Street light rail station, University of Houston – Downtown, and St. Arnold’s Brewery. A short drive via the newly constructed Elysian Viaduct, or rail ride on the MetroRail to the CBD of Houston.
