The project has gained Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) silver certification, a national standard measuring the environmental friendliness of a facility. There will be various environmentally friendly amenities, including a building-wide recycling program and an outdoor green-roof located on Level 7 with picnic tables and chairs available to all tenants.

Developer is planning the following: fitness facility and locker room with showers, sundries shop/coffee shop and two restaurants, one of which will be white tablecloth. The ground level of the parking garage will be lined with pockets of retail space. Developer considering concierge service, delivery dry cleaning service, and a mobile auto detailing service as amenities not housed within the retail premises.

The project will include the following: lightning protection system, lobby directory, horizontal window blinds throughout, telephone and electrical closets on each floor, fiber optics, cable/satellite television, and mail room.
