Exclusive office building that is part of an office complex called “Puerta del Este”. It is composed of two independent properties, but partially attached on one side.
It is located in the Julián Camarillo industrial estate, a few minutes from the Ciudad Lineal metro station (line 5). The property is located in one of the areas with the greatest business projection in Madrid, with a quick connection to the M-30 and the A-2.
It consists of five floors above ground and two basement floors for parking. The architectural project incorporated the most modern technical specifications required for this type of work space.
It has the shape of an irregular polygon and has four facades, the two main ones facing Albasanz Street and the other two facing open spaces within the plot. All the facades provide a lot of natural light to the interior office space, to which we must add the existence of two small patios in the center of the floors that contribute significantly to the natural lighting of the spaces.
