The parking garage has approximately 600 spaces, including 14 that are ADAaccessible. Vehicular access to the garage is from two curb cuts along Navarro
Street.
The Navarro Office Building & Garage is 10 stories plus a lower level. With several distinct sections, it was completed in two phases — in 1968 and a threestory
addition in 1987. The original 1968 construction includes an annex building, consisting of a two-story customer service center located on the first and second levels at
the north end of the site. The annex is constructed above a crawl space and below five levels of parking that extend across the breezeway and tie into
the structure at the third floor on the south side of the breezeway. Access tothis section is separate and includes the main customer entrance from the
breezeway. South of the breezeway, the structure includes a lower level with parking that extends as ‘under-plaza’ garage space below the Saltillo-tiled plaza on grade at the southeast corner of the site. Seven stories of parking are provided above, with a bank of three elevators that serve levels B-7.
In 1987, three stories of office space were added above the parking garage. Access to this office area is via a secure elevator transfer lobby and independent
bank of two elevators that accesses only the seventh through tenth floors.
