All exterior walls of the warehouse are fully insulated with R-19 insulation, and the space has ridge vents to ventilate the warehouse. Office/improvements can be built out as needed and subject to change lease rate. The electrical meter for this space includes the common well pump for the site; owner will provide a $100/month credit to offset the cost.
