The Hemingway Building is comprised of two office buildings with a shared entrance, located on 118 Ave with easy access to downtown Edmonton and the west end. The West building was designed by famed Edmonton architect Peter Hemingway and built with post and beam construction and extensive use of skylights. The East building is two storeys with an elevator. There is ample parking in the shared parking lot at the rear of the buildings.
