It is estimated the FNW/NW will yield approximately 27,000 homes to be built that would potentially increase the San Antonio population by as much at 80,000. TxDOT capital improvements project extends SH 211 from Hwy 90 at the south end to Hwy 16 to the north, all to cope with the new suburban growth in residential and commercial sectors in the area.
