The City of New Fairview is amidst a strong wave of growth. As of 2022, the population for the City grew 31.2% to a total of approximately 2,060. With the City’s approval of many new residential subdivisions (including 2 very large projects, with one named Shoop Ranch by Rockhill Capital bringing over 5,000 residences and another named Constellation Lake by Bloomfield Homes over 2,100 residences) the expectation is that the population will more than double within the next 3-5 years.
