The restaurant was purchased by the current owner in 1990 with sales of $1.4 million. He has grown the business to average approximately $3.2 million in annual sales during the period 2000-2005. The restaurant operations are supported by 2 kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs, and the Blue Lady Bar. The restaurant has been in its current location since the 1920’s and has a famous ghost, the “Blue Lady”.
