Welcome to Los Angeles's most creative campus destination, The Preserve, at 1370 N St. Andrews Place. This unique campus space inhabits a 2-acre outdoor campus with over 6,500 plants and trees, which is far from ordinary. This enchanting workspace offers unparalleled views and is tailored for teams to reach peak performance.
The Preserve's architecture is a fascinating blend of the original building, designed by Paul R Williams in 1964, and the modern expansion by Selgascano architects, adding nature-filled bungalows that blur the lines between work and an outdoor escape.
This transformative destination includes shared workspaces, meeting rooms, private offices, a shaded courtyard, a roof deck, and LA’s largest outdoor event space. The garden comprises 58 single-story, oval-shaped private bungalows with yellow, lily pad-like roof structures. Each office is wrapped in curved, transparent acrylic walls, providing unobscured 360-degree outdoor views. Member amenities include an on-site cafe, complimentary coffee and tea, a wellness studio, and access to cultural and community events.
The Preserve is in a vibrant Hollywood neighborhood, easily reachable from Interstate 10 and surrounded by a wide array of retailers and services. The Preserve is in the same neighborhood as many revolutionary production companies, including Netflix, Paramount Studios, Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures, DreamWork Pictures, Walt Disney Studios, and Universal Pictures.
