The Class-A building has 177,000 rentable square feet and offers panoramic suite views of the San Francisco Bay and downtown skyline. The building doors automatically lock at 6:00 p.m. and unlock at 7:00 a.m. After hours access is only available using a FOB key. We also provide after hours roving security.
The elevator lobbies contain four passenger elevators. Elevator No. 1 is used as a service elevator and has a capacity of 3500 pounds and the remaining cars have a 3000 pound capacity. The cabs are steel shell construction with horizontally mounted wood finish. Each elevator cab has black granite floors. Each elevator is also equipped with the Captivate system, which displays current events and advertisements.
The HVAC system is built-up DX system consisting of two 70,000 CFM supply fans, two 156-Ton Carrier reciprocating open drive R-22 compressors, four relief fans, and one Baltimore Air Coil evaporative compressor. Variable frequency drives were installed on each supply fan, which affords substantial energy savings. A CSI energy management system was installed to increase operational efficiency and tenat comfort. Abundant on-site parking around the building, approximately 477 stalls. We also provide secured underground parking. The total height of the structure is 130 feet. The construction of the Building is Type I featuring structural steel, moment-resisting frame with metal floor decking and 3 inch concrete fill.
The lobby flooring is a combination of black granite and carpeting. The walls are painted with accent colors and the elevator lobby is
wallpapered to define the space. Cherry wood finishes are used throughout the lobby.
One Bay Plaza's bay front location provides exceptional water views on every floor, most of which offer vistas of downtown San Francisco
to the north, south, and east Bay, all of which offer stunning vistas of landings and take-offs at SFO. The plaza area is broad and spacious with beautiful landscaping, along with a concrete path that leads to the entrance of the building.
