This building sits on the water, with the Roslyn Duck Pond to one side and the Long Island Sound on the other. The Roslyn Grist Mill, the second oldest mill in America that George Washington once slept at, sits beside the building. As a result, this historic district brings in many visitors to the area on a regular basis.
