This two-story Historic Commercial Vernacular building has a rectangular footprint, flat roof, and stepped parapet. It was constructed in 1915 as the Hotel Idlewile. A full-length half hipped canopy with a central gable spans width of the first story front (east) façade. The central entrance is composed of two multi-light doors with sidelights. Pairs of double hung four-over-four windows flank the entrance. The second story is lit with six-over-one double hung windows in pairs and groups of three. These window types are repeated on the side (north and south) elevations. Two front gabled single story additions are located on the rear (west) elevation. The building is sheathed in vinyl siding.
