Building 150 is a former WW II airplane hangar and has been transformed into an indoor storage and industrial work areas. The ceiling is high and without drop ceilings. Clear ceiling heights are lower and vary throughout the warehouse. It does not have evaporative cooling or air-conditioning. The building has heavy power, two common truck docks, 2 grade level doors and common restrooms. It has drivable entrances to access interior spaces. Most spaces are interior cages with +/- 10’ fencing, privacy screens and swing gates or roll gates. Sizes vary widely. Most do not have office areas.
