The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center is a 3.1-million square-foot mixed-use trophy property and was the first federal building in Washington designed for both governmental and private sector purposes. The landmark destination now houses federal office space, private office space, private showcase and retail space, restaurants, and a food court; plus, conference and convention facilities that offer a powerful forum for international trade promotion. The available retail space is comprised of a 2,166 square foot former gym that is fully built-out and includes lockers as well as a 1,310 square foot turnkey space that can be divided as needed. Centrally located on historic Pennsylvania Avenue, within walking distance of the White House, the Capitol, the National Mall, and many of DC’s most popular museums, including the adjacent Smithsonian National Museum of American History. The building is directly connected to the Federal Triangle Metro stop and offers tenants an easy commute and access to neighborhood amenities specific to the nation’s Capital. The conference center hosts over 1,200 events each year, including many of Washington's annual social galas such as the Washington International Trade Association's Annual Dinner. The International Trade Center offers two large ballrooms, an amphitheater, atrium space, a circular rotunda, and other reception spaces. The outdoor, four-acre Woodrow Wilson Plaza is a landscaped courtyard with sculptures, ideal for special events and galas. The summer concert series held on the Woodrow Wilson Plaza and the multitude of food options in the international food court draw consistent crowds to the building during the lunch hour. With the city's largest parking garage, information center, and a metro rail station, the building is visited by over one million tourists each year.
