The Intermountain Health Lutheran Medical Office Building (MOB) is a 5-story, 138,000-square-foot outpatient facility that recently opened its doors on the new 28-acre Lutheran campus. The new Lutheran Hospital campus including the Lutheran MOB is located in the larger Clear Creek Development which is home to retail, dining, hotel, residential, fitness and more! This independent MOB connects to the IH Lutheran Hospital via a pedestrian bridge on floor two. The hospital is also now open. Building services include IH cardiovascular care, cardiac rehabilitation, a sleep lab, maternal-fetal medicine, a weight loss center, a neurology & neurosurgery center, a joint-venture ambulatory surgery center (managed by SCA Health), and a laboratory. Independent physician groups including Hanger Prosthetics and Orthotics, Cornerstone Orthopedics, and Restorative Health Colorado will also be providing services in the facility.
