Cerritos Corporate Center is a Class “A” office project located in Cerritos, California, the geographic center of the Los Angeles/Orange County MSA. The project consists of two buildings (12900 Park Plaza Drive and 12911 183rd Street) developed in 1999 for AT&T who still occupies a majority of the asset. The project is situated just off the 91 Freeway with an off-ramp that leads directly to the Property and is adjacent to Cerritos Towne Center.
