Westridge is an 80 acre power center located on a main artery (Davis Road) adjacent and visible from U.S. 101, between the Boronda Road and Laurel Drive Exits. There is 565,000 sqft of retail and restaurant space. Their are several anchor tenants including Wall Mart, Costco, Ross, JoAnn Fabrics, PetSmart, Office Max and Dick's Sporting Goods. The center has experienced excellent occupancy rates since it's initial construction in 1998 and is a well kept and viable center.
