Former Green Hair Products warehouse built in 1996 of clear-span prefab metal with a pre-fab metal roof. It has a 17.5 ft. eave height and a 22 ft. center height. It has no interior improvements such as office space, restroom, air-conditioning or heat. It does have fluorescent lights. The front of the building has a 14 ft. x 12 ft. drive-in door and the rear has a 14 ft. x 12 ft. drive-in door. There is a 10 ft. x 12 ft. dock-high door on the west side. There is a 28 foot wide grass driveway out to North Street.
