This property has not one but two historic Depots on site. The first Depot was built in 1923 by the Union Pacific Railroad and is now home to The Spaghetti Factory.
The second Depot was built in 1929 by the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway. Both Depots are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The 950 sq. ft. office is available in the Santa Fe Depot. A large portion of the Depot serves as an Amtrak ticket office, passenger waiting area, and Metrolink Station. The other portion of the Depot serves as a Café and another office on the second level that will soon turn into a Jazz Club. The Depot features Spanish Colonial Revival style architecture, as evidenced by the multi-chromatic plastered walls, flashed clay roof tiles, and decorative wrought ironwork.
