This dental clinic was newly retrofitted in 2016 from a professional office space. The dental-owner used it for the first few years then was called home for some family matters that needed attention. A dental tenant was placed on a 5-year lease, which expires in April 2025. The owner is not returning to Texas so has decided to sell the clinic. In Spring 2024 two, new AC's were installed in the space.
