The shopping center at 1221-1229 North Way, formerly known as the "Bluestein Center" is now under new ownership. Located on North Way which is also known as US Highway 17 right in the middle of the Darien business district. Currently there is only one available retail space (840 SF) in the center and one large 7500 SF warehouse type space at the rear of the shopping center. The center is home to a variety of popular businesses such as Jet's Pharmacy, The Lunch Box Restaurant, Fyzical Therapy, Pizza Hut, Capital City Home Loans, and several other retail businesses.
