Built in 1925, the Guaranty Building was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places on December 10, 1998. The building’s common areas, including the lobby and bathrooms on each floor, were substantially renovated in 2006. The building has entrances on both Datura Street and South Olive Avenue, an elevator system, a grand staircase leading from the lobby to the second floor, interior stairs, an exterior fire escape on the east side of the building, and an after-hours keypad entry system. Electric, janitorial, trash, and water are included in the rent for office tenants or in the POA fees for unit owners.
