Originally built in 1930, 120 Pickard is a small piece of downtown Reno history. It has been tastefully remodeled, highlighting it’s old-fashioned look but with a new modern twist. Renovations include new flooring throughout, new paint, new upgraded lighting, new breakroom cabinets and restroom vanity, high end quartz breakroom countertop, and a custom lit bollard railing in front of the building. 120 Pickard is located between Sierra and Hill, South of Court Street. It’s next to the new Ally apartment building and a couple of Reno’s favorite restaurants; Royce and Granite Street Eatery. 120 Pickard is walkable to many retail amenities, the Courthouse, and Wingfield Park.
