Construction is to begin in 2025 with an estimated completed date of June 2026 with a valve of $4.3 million. The first phase of the project sold as a design build development and scheduled to break ground in 2025. Sunshine Construction and Development is the Design Build General Contractor. The land owners, PAAK Stuart, LLC, signed a master lease to occupy the property as an Open Air Art Gallery called Art Farm to support the growth of the local art community.
