The facility is an industrial warehouse with easy access to HWY 101 and downtown Ukiah. It has excellent security with a gated fence surrounding the perimeter. There are two stories available, each approximately 8,000 sq ft. Processing and Distribution Cannabis permits and licenses have been pulled on the location and it’s a relatively efficient process to pull more in the City of Ukiah. The site has loading docks for semi trucks and sufficient parking.
