The Lydia Project includes the transformation one of downtown Marion's most visible historic buildings at the corner of Church St and Main St, continuing the overall revitalization of South Main St and the downtown as a whole. In the last 4 years, 34 buildings have changed hands and 35 new businesses have been started, including 6 new restaurants, a microbrewery, 12 retail stores, and more!
