Wells Fargo bank is located on the first floor. Building management and security staff on site at all times. It’s pretty safe. (Their engineer repair our light bulbs in a timely manner. Janitor cleans the office daily after business hours.) Monthly parking fees are $260 for unreserved and $355 for single reserved. Plenty of parking spaces are available, and the unreserved parking should be sufficient.
