This is a premier trophy retail site on a highly visible corner on NE Alberta St. in Portland's newest and best amenity the Cascada Hotel and Aqua Thermal Spa. Cascada is a new sustainably focused hospitality offering in Portland from SolTerra centered around Health and Wellness. The building boasts a 30,000 SF Health and Wellness center. This wellness center is on 3 levels, taking you through air, water, and earth. You enter this facility on the 2nd floor by walking over a skybridge that passes one of the larges living walls we have installed. This floor contains our locker rooms, an ethereal fitness facility, and yoga. Along with Co-Working and 120 seat F&B lounge. To move to the next section you exit onto a 2nd floor veranda inside a 7000 SF 2 story green house that has a Moroccan pool in the center that will make you feel like you just walked into the courtyard of a riad. Our goal is to create the most instagrammed pool in the world. There is a bar at the pool, cabanas, a birds nest performing stage above the pool.
