The four-story building will have ground-floor retail with executive suites and flexible workspaces leading up to a lush rooftop terrace with sunlit greenery. 201 N Pacific Street, Pacific Lofts, will bring the first loft-style apartments to Downtown Conroe and offer up to 6,604 square feet of storefront retail space. The building holds historical significance for the town as the site of the former Conroe Hotel, built in 1890. Although it burnt down shortly after construction, it was rebuilt as a hotel once again before being demolished in 1977. It still retains much of the original brick.
