Redefine Downtown Conroe and secure a spot in this ambitious development delivering in Spring 2025.
The Everett, located at 114 Simonton Street, has deep historical ties to Monroe, Texas, since Henry Bascom Everett opened one of the first mercantile stores here in 1908, Everett Cash Grocery. The now-empty lot’s next evolution will feature over 25,000 square feet of retail storefronts adorned with a timeless brick façade split by a brimming walkway.
Office and retail space will be available just down the street from The Everett at Simonton-Cable, located at the corner of Main and Metcalf. The four-story building will have ground-floor retail with executive suites and flexible workspaces leading up to a lush rooftop terrace with sunlit greenery.
201 N Pacific Street, Pacific Lofts, will bring the first loft-style apartments to Downtown Conroe and offer up to 6,604 square feet of storefront retail space. The building holds historical significance for the town as the site of the former Conroe Hotel, built in 1890. Although it burnt down shortly after construction, it was rebuilt as a hotel once again before being demolished in 1977. It still retains much of the original brick.
