Introducing Farrell’s Bar and Grill! A Groton, New York landmark that is steeped in history and tradition. This building was built in 1875 and has had a tavern on the first floor from its inception. Along with the beautiful bar room, there is a deck with bar access. In addition, it has two apartment spaces on the second floor. The third floor can be used for storage, and has potential for to be utilized in various ways.
