Currently there are two spaces available. The first space is Suite 140 is approximately 4,712 Sq. Ft. and was formerly occupied by Rent A Center. The main area is finished out like a showroom with warehouse/storage type space in the back. The second space is Suite 300 being approximately 2,500 Sq. Ft. and is currently occupied by Pizza Hut on a month to month lease.
