Springdale Commerce Park (SCP) is Springdale’s newest Class A industrial development. SCP enjoys excellent visibility and access to I-275 and I-75 with nearby amenities and an established labor base within the largest industrial submarket in the region. Phase One calls for two distribution buildings totaling 577,002 square feet – a 369,675 square-foot, cross-docked distribution center with 32’ clear height and a 207,327 square-foot, rear-load distribution center with 28’ clear height. Phase Two includes land that can accommodate two additional buildings totaling 554,400 square feet. The park design will feature state-of-the-art buildings and a lush landscape buffer and greenspace.
