The 800,000 SF building was completed this year and is occupied by Hilcorp Energy, one of the largest privately held E&P companies in US and consistently ranked as one of the top 100 US companies to work for by Fortune Magazine. There are about 500 employees just in the building.
It is located at Main/Dallas/Lamar/Travis block of Downtown Houston with a 2-way Metro Light Rail stop adjacent to the building, which connects the Texas Medical Center, the Museum District , the NRG Stadium (the home of the Houston Texans and the Houston Livestock and Rodeo Show) and the University of Houston.
Located within walking distance to the George R. Brown Convention Center, the Toyota Center, and the Discovery Green, the project is also across the street from the GreenStreet, a 600,000 SF mixed-use project consisting of retail, office and a boutique 223-room luxury hotel Alessandra.
The project has a retail component along Main St. as well as additional retail space on the ground level, with direct access to the Downtown Tunnels, a 6-mile long, 95 city block underground tunnel system connecting the project to other office buildings, restaurants and service retail.
One unique thing about this project is it' s location on the 2-way protected green bike lane, a first of its kind in Downtown.
