This rectangular tract is located at the northwest corner of the intersection at Foster Drive and Ed Kharbat Drive on the south side of Conroe. Runyan Elementary School is directly across the street and the new Oscar Johnson, Jr Community Center is less than a quarter mile away. The tract is easily accessible via Highway 75 and south Loop 336.
