The Louderman Building, a 12 story circa 1925 building, was built by St. Louis financier William Louderman and the local architecture firm of LaBeaume & Klein. Built in a conservative style with buff brick, terra cotta trim, and cast iron storefronts, the building was renovated at the turn of the 21st century into 21 loft condos on the sixth through twelfth floors; offices and office suites on the second through fifth floors, and first level retail.
