Brookfield Properties reimagined a prominent city block in the fashion district of DTLA into the California Market Center (CMC), a 1.9 million-square-foot hub for creative office and mixed-use space. Comprising 13 floors across three amenity-rich buildings, CMC caters to the booming technology, entertainment, media and fashion sectors in DTLA. Buildings A and B are tailored for creative office tenants, while Building C is dedicated to fashion tenants and showrooms. The design features expansive floor plates linked by exterior bridges, offering views of an interior courtyard and plaza.
