This shared office space has 3 offices, a waiting & reception area, staff lounge, bathroom, parking lot, electric/water/Wifi is included. We have it professionally cleaned 2x/month. The space is currently occupied by therapists (social workers). Complimentary professions will be considered. Rent is determined by how many days/week you need. It comes out to be about $37.50/day. For example, if you want it 2 days/week, Tues and Thurs, that would be 8-9 days/month (depending on the month.) Your rent would be $300/month. It is month to month. No deposit required.
