Ownership will be fee simple through a community association and will include building insurance, water, sewer and light management fee. Individual warehouses are in the process of being surveyed, once completed the units will be split up per address and separate folio numbers. Community Association documents will be very minimal and recorded with the county at that time. Currently we will are taking reservations for the units.
