The site is rail capable via Norfolk Southern, and other features include 32 fully equipped dock doors, 140 parking and 56 trailer parking spaces. Nearby logistics infrastructure includes JaxPort (22 mi), Norfolk Southern Intermodal (7 mi), CSX Intermodal (6 mi) and JAX Airport (22 mi).
